It wasn’t easy! it required the peeling back of coping mechanisms which had over years become deeply entrenched habits.  I became alcohol free, completely changed my relationship with food and had to rethink my perception of myself, the world - and how the two fit together. It was scary! It required lots and lots of inner reflection to re-engage with myself. It brought me to the decision to step back from a long and very fulfilling career in financial services to finally follow my dreams.

But it was worth it one million times over. And here’s the thing: it turns out that I always had all the answers within myself! I just had to know to ask the questions and to make space for the response. And then simply to trust myself.
