Helping those who think uniquely, think differently about their habits

Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity refers to the different variations in brain function. Of course each and every one of us is uniquely minded! However for 15-20% of the world's population the divergence is significant enough to present some difficulties in traditional educational, work, and social settings. You may have a formally recognised condition label such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia (among others) which provides a positive foundation for you  to recognise and truly embody your strengths. Your neurodivergent mind is likely to excel in certain areas and can offer an invaluable alternative perspective.

As someone who has very recently come to understand, embody and embrace my neurodiverse condition of over 40 years, my aim is to provide you with the tools and tactics you need to rethink habits, overcome your barriers, achieve your goals and transform your life!

Do you have specific habits you’d like to change?

Habit Shift : Whatever the nature of our habits is likely to be the nature of our days, weeks, months, years - ultimately our lives. We need habits; they build routine and give consistency and character to our worlds. If you had a magic wand, what consistent routines would make up the character of your life?

But when we are under pressure, just trying to keep our head above water to meet outside expectations and everyday demands, our habits can become coping mechanisms: sometimes useful; sometimes a little empty but practical; sometimes damaging. We can easily come to rely on food, alcohol, unhelpful relationships and negative inner dialogue in ways that don't serve us. This doesn't leave so much space for the habits that enable us to embody who we really are, to flourish and follow our true path.

If you are someone who thinks differently and you feel a disconnect between your heart and the life you lead, then I would love to work with you. Maybe you have one particular habit you'd like to focus on? Or perhaps you'd benefit from a more in depth consideration of your daily patterns. Either way, we can draw up a plan and start applying scientifically proven methodology to obtain your goals.
